Big Bang members and Taeyang and G-Dragon are long-time friends and pioneers of the "88 line". Recently they added a new member to the gang, none other than ZE:A's Kwanghee!
The ZE:A member posted a photo on his official Twitter account showing him seated between Taeyang and G-Dragon. Simply put, the singer wrote, "88 baby", referring to the year the three idols were born, which is 1988.
Oftentimes, people in Korea who are born on the same year immediately become friends with each other, and are allowed to engage in a more casual conversation as come from the same age group.
Other celebrities who adhere to this trend is TVXQ's Yunho who threw a Christmas party in December for his 85-line friends.
Kwanghee's addition to Taeyang and G-Dragon's bromance may have tipped off some fans, having them comment, "They look good together, but something feels slightly off."
