Most Awaited Award Show Announced To Be in HK For The 2nd Year

Mnet Asian Music Awards is again to be held in Hong Kong this year. It is September again and in just a few weeks, the much awaited Mnet Asian Music Awards is again scheduled to happen in Hong Kong for the second consecutive year.

It is September again and in just a few weeks, the much awaited Mnet Asian Music Awards is again scheduled to happen in Hong Kong for the second consecutive year.

Mnet has already confirmed that it will hold the awards show in the Hong Kong Expo Arena this 2013.

The Mnet Asian Music Awards, also known as MAMA, is one of the most awaited awards by K-pop fans because they get to see all their idols in one night.

Last year, MAMA was held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, which was the third consecutive year outside of South Korea. With thousands of fans lined up, the show really did make fans overwhelmed by the performances of the artists.

From G-Dragon's opening rap to Ailee's powerful rock song number, to Gain and SISTAR's sexy dance numbers, and to Adam Lambert's performance, viewers were just in admiration of all the stars. Who would forget of bringing Batman's villain, The Joker, into life and on stage, with EPIK High's epic performance? And of course, it was also the 'Gangnam Style' era, where in Psy came in the stage with a big effigy of himself. There was also Chinese action star, Jackie Chan, who presented an award.

MAMA 2012 was truly an unforgettable event for the fans and for the artists who won their awards.
