Kim Heechul said, "Similar to what Lee Soo Man said before, 'I don't think there's a single member in EXO that you would not like." In relation, Kim Heechul also revealed that Lee Soo Man has a preference for talents that are pretty and "weakly", in contrast to idol groups whose members and concept are "beastly".

He also went on to explain that the "super powers" concept behind EXO had a very childish nature according to the company.

"The concept was created by Lee Soo Man. He often formulates the name of the group and the image, and goes with it. TVXQ's Yunho and Jaejoong were about to cry when they heard their group's name and concept. Shindong and I were laughing all the while. Nevertheless, TVXQ, Super Junior, and H.O.T achieved immeasurable success by their own right. Right now, it doesn't really matter what name you give to a group. You have to have a solid concept that will make the group stand out. For EXO, it was that they had unique super powers."
