It has been reported that Girls' Generation's Sooyoung has recently bought a luxury villa worth 2.73 billion KRW ($2.6 million) in Nonhyeondong, Gangnam in Seoul. 

Nonhyeon La Folium has been ranked as the 10 luxary apartment houses. The apartment complex consists of 18 homes constructed by Samsung Heavy Industries. The villa's sale price at first was as high as 3.8 billion KRW ($3.6 million) but had the lowered in price later on.

One of the essential things in this villa is its top security system and team with access control, moving sensor, infrared sensor, and CCTV as well as the 24/7 assistance of a security team who can be contacted immediately whenever a problem arises. The villa also has party, movie, and fitness rooms available for their homeowners.

With its high-tech security system and luxury interior, the villa has been the best spots for celebrities, and it has also been revealed that Lee Min Ho also purchased a villa in the apartment complex for 2,977,000 KRW ($2.8 million).

A real estate representative, "There is a low chance of encountering other residents, making it possible to protect one's private life, increasing the demand for luxury villas among celebrities."
