Fans can now bask in the glory of Lee Min Ho any time they want at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong-well at least his wax replica is close enough.
Kelly Mak, General Maanger of Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, lead the unveiling of Lee Min Ho's wax figure in January 13 through the museum's official website.
"We are proud to announce the highly acclaimed actor, Lee Min Ho, as our first [new] wax figure in entering the New Year," Kelly Mak stated.
He continued, "We believe that this gleaming star will become a highlight for Madame Tussauds Hong Kong in the coming months, a celebration of his recent awarding-wining performance [on 'The Heirs'.]"
The clothes worn by Lee Min Ho's wax figure was handpicked by the actor's personal stylist. While the figure is current on loan in Shanghai, China, it will be displayed in Hong Kong until March 31.
Kelly Mak explained that Lee Min Ho was chosen to become part of Madame Tussauds' collection due to immense public demand.
"We regularly conduct surveys to ask guests for their feedback on which wax figures they would like to see, to ensure we're in-line with ongoing trends," Mak shared.
