Cube Entertainment Begins Investigation On Rumours Attacking Trouble Maker

The agency has requested for a thorough investigation on the spread of HyunA's pregnancy rumours in hopes of pinning down the perpetrators and putting an end on the issue.

Cube Entertainment are taking serious measures to clear out the false rumours that have been taking a toll on Trouble Maker lately. The agency has requested for a thorough investigation on the matter, to pin down those who've spread the rumours.

Cube Entertainment's attorney spoke on January 16, stating that the agency has submitted a bill of indictment on the grounds of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization for the perpetrators behind the rumours about Trouble Maker, which was resulted in defamation.

The bill of indictment states, "Rumours created on the application called 'I Am a Reporter' have been spreading, and have been made to look like an official report. This spread of unsubstantiated and false rumour has led to a great amount of harm not only for Jang Hyunseung and HyunA, but also to their families and the agency."

The bill also request for strict punishment to anyone found guilty of the said crime.

The developer of 'I Am A Reporter' has issued an apology for its involvement in the creation of spread of these rumours. They also firmly denied creating them.

On January 10, HyunA and Hyunseung were caught in a slew of rumours saying that HyunA was pregnant with Hyunseung's child. The rumours quickly spread around Twitter, Facebook, and other SNS.
