2PM Begins Japan Tour, "Genesis of 2PM" Enters Oricon Charts At No. 1

2PM kicked started their Japan Arena Tour with successful shows in Yokohama and Nagoya, and their "Genesis of 2PM" album debuts at no. 1 on the Oricon Charts.

In line with the release of their latest Japanese album "Genesis of 2PM", 2PM kicked started their Japan Arena Tour on January 27 with its first show in Nagoya, attracting 36 thousand fans.

Following the Nagoya show, 2PM proceeded to Yokohama where they enthralled 12 thousand screaming fans with explosive performances.

Aside from their spectacular group performances, Taecyeon, Nichkhun, Chansung, Wooyoung, Junho, and Jun.K performed for their special solo stages, showing unique styles and charismas.

Adding to the success of the concerts, in which Junho, Jun. K, and Chansung had birthday surprises, "Genesis of 2PM" debuted on number 1 on the Oricon Charts.

2PM shared, "We will continue our Japan Arena Tour with great excitement. We're always excited to go up on stage because of our fans' tremendous support. We heard during our Yokohama show that our new Japanese album entered at number 1 on the Oricon Daily Chart, and it was perhaps one of the most exciting #1 debut news. We'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone for their never-ending love and support. We promise to continue doing our best until the very end."

Furthermore, "Genesis of 2PM" will proceed to Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo for more shows.
