The documentary, titled "Ten Thousand Hours of Determination", will reveal the difficulties and challenges that SM Entertainment come face-to-face with, and the discipline and passion that help them get through until they stage their debut with their groups.
A case in particular will be SHINee's Taemin and EXO's Kai. The two idols, now famous for being SM Entertainment's top dancing machines, will be sharing their thoughts on their days in training. Taemin even went to admit that he used to be tone deaf and was slammed with criticism from people. He shared that some people even bashed him right at his face, telling him that his voice was not suitable for singing.
As for Kai's story, he expressed how he felt every time a trainee went on to debut before him. According to the singer, he's probably practiced for about 20,000 hours to prepare for his big break.
Aside from their rigorous training, viewers will also get to see the special bond the trainees have with each other.
Furthermore, education and medical experts will also appear on the show to voice out their opinions on SM Entertainment's practice regimen.
