SISTAR members Hyorin and Bora recently took the time off to visit a shelter for abandoned dogs to help raise awareness and support on animal welfare.
Animal protection civic group, KARA, posted on their official Twitter a photo of their recent celebrity guests. "Friendly guests have visited Ggong Ggong's [animal] protection centre. The wind was cold, but the sky was clear, so we heard great news about SISTAR members Hyorin and Bora's visit to the [furry] residents of Ggong Ggong."
The uploaded photo showed SISTAR members enjoying the company of the orphaned dogs-playing with them and hugging them. Singer Lee Hyori, who's known as an active supporter of animal welfare, retweeted KARA's post and added, "The hardest thing humans and dogs have to endure is loneliness. If you love these animals, don't leave them lonely."
It only goes to show that other than being performers, Hyorin and Bora is also busy being advocates and supporters of animal welfare and rights.
