Yoon Si Yoon's agency said, "Yoon Si Yoon has submitted an application to join the Marine Corps. This was done during his filming for the KBS drama series "Prime Minister and I" in January. He is currently waiting for the results, so the rumours suggesting he will be enlisting in April are false. Being a healthy young man of South Korea, Yoon Si Yoon has always expressed his desire to serve in the military. Although he enlisted at a later age compare to other Korean males, enlistment remains a top priority for every Korean male.
