During CNBLUE's guest appearance on MBC's "Radio Star" this week, Jung Yonghwa spilled the beans on MBLAQ leader Lee Joon's frugal ways.
Yonghwa shared, "One day, I met up with Lee Joon to have some coffee together, but he didn't pay for himself. I paid for us both, since it wasn't that much. So we went to the skewered lamb restaurant next door. And that's when he said, 'You're paying, right?', and so I did."
Yonghwa shared another incident of Lee Joon being a cheapskate. "We were going home, and he asked me for cab fare. This was after he got successful. This was not too long ago." However, Yonghwa clarified that this isn't Lee Joon's usual habit. "Honestly, he only asked because he had lost his card [then]."
While he appears to be frugal, Lee Joon also seems to have a good perception of the future. Yonghwa revealed, "Just recently, Lee Joon took me to a Japanese restaurant. He told me, 'I feel like you're going to say something on TV.' He asked me to also say that he bought me food," causing everyone to erupt in laughter.
