TVXQ Beats Bon Jovi by Selling Out 200,000 Copies of their Japanese Album, "Tree"

TVXQ is popular not only in Korea but also in Japan, making them prove to be a key in K-pop TVXQ has again proved their status as the leader of the Korean wave in Japan by getting a staggering 200,000 copies album sold for their new Japanese album, “TREE”, giving them athird time after the same achievement with their previous album “TONE” in 2011 and “TIME” in 2013.

TVXQ has again proved their status as the leader of the Korean wave in Japan by getting a staggering 200,000 copies album sold for their new Japanese album, “TREE”, giving them athird time after the same achievement with their previous album “TONE” in 2011 and “TIME” in 2013.

They sold the copies of the new album just in the first week after its release on March 5. The album has also got the top spot on Oricon’s Daily and Weekly Charts soon after the release. This is the fourth time for the group to rank at number one on the weekly album chart, making it as another achievement for them.

The duo has broken the record made by Bon Jovi, who has unbeatable for the last 13 years. In total, TVXQ had topped Oricon’s Single Chart for 12 times, album chart for three times with full length album and four times in total, including their best album.
