During their appearance on KBS FM's "Lee So Ra's Music Plaza" on March 28, the girls of Orange Caramel talked about their English skills and having a bad experience with sushi.
Rumours have been flying around about Lizzy's proficiency in English, a topic which the singer addressed on the show. "I was taught early on when I was young. I even went to high school abroad. I learned a lot of this and that," Lizzy shared. The other members added, "She even told us she paid to have jump rope lessons."
Lizzy continued, "When I was a student, I was told my English was only average. But when I became a celebrity, everyone asked me where I had live, [as if I came from abroad]."
Orange Caramel also dished out on the "fishy" stories behind their "Catallena" concept. Raina was asked to clarify the incident where she nearly threw up after eating sushi during the music video shoot. Raina shared, "I've never had mackerel sushi before, and it was very 'fishy'. That's why I almost threw up. We didn't get to eat the type of sushi that we liked, but instead got the sushi that matched out image. And for me, it was the mackerel."
