Hip hop duo Fly to the Sky will reuniting for the first time in 5 years.

Various media outlets reported that Fly to the Sky is planning for a mid-May comeback. They are also expected to stage a concert in celebration of their 15^th anniversary in June.

An official from Fly to the Sky's agency said, "As details were being ironed out, they have been continuously working on the new album. While their comeback is set for May, the specific date has yet to be decided. Because this is their first album together in a long time, they are preparing a lot to deliver a quality album. This will be their best album yet."

Member Brian Joo also expressed his excitement over the news. He tweeted,  "OFFICIAL news - Guess who's coming back next month? [Fly to the Sky] of course with my partner in crime [Hwanhee] and myself [Brian Joo]."

Fly to the Sky debuted in 1999 under SM Entertainment with the song "Day by Day". In 2009, members Hwanhee and Brian separated to focus on their individual activities shortly after they released their 10^th anniversary album, "Decennium". They were dubbed as one of the most influential R&B duos of all time.
