Korean fashion magazine SURE recently released photos from their shoot with actress Jo Yoon Hee. The actress was the star on SURE’s featured pictorial on May 2. Jo Yoon Hee, who is usually known and well-loved for her easygoing and carefree personality on drama series, the 31-year-old actress glammed up and looked exquisitely beautiful in her photos.

The actress pulled off all-white outfits, accentuated with gold accessories and sexy smoky makeup for a really sophisticated and chic look.

In the accompanying interview with SURE magazine, Jo Yoon Hee shared how she handles stress and her usual beauty regimens.

Jo Yoon Hee shared, “While stress can weaken the body, when the body is already worn out, the stress will take its toll on the stomach and create knots. I don’t allow bundles of swollen muscles to stay that way. Whatever you choose to do, you need to find something that gets your circulation going and loosens your body. This way, your body will be able to digest things better and be able to fight off anything that poses a threat to your body’s health.”

Jo Yoon Hee also revealed that she follows a diet tip from Hollywood stars, that is eating chia seeds! She said, “It’s not only good for dieting, but it’s also good for your bowels. When you empty your bowels, your skin also looks better. You can add in yogurt or milk, but I like soaking [chia seeds] in water, which will lead it to have a sort of jelly-like consistency. I also like to drink it with water.”
