The former member of the girl group KARA, Nicole updates fans by showing them a powerful dance practice.

On May 16, Nicole posted on her Instagram a dance practice video, having a caption, “It’s finally up!”

The video was originally posted on YouTube by Nicole’s teacher, Luam Keflezgy, who is a New York-based dancer-choreographer. The six-minute video shows Luam giving a performance and dance advice to Nicole, also their one-on-one lessons and various choreography performances by Nicole. In the video, it is seen that Nicole perform the songs “Nasty” by Janet Jackson, “Yonce” by Beyonce, “Keep on Lookin’” by Ciara, and “Cold-Hearted Snake” by Kat Graham.

Earlier this year, as her contract ended with DSP Media, Nicole departed from Kara. She is as of the moment, training in the United States, gearing up for her solo debut. Kang Ji Young, who is also a former member of Kara, is now studying in London.

On the other hand, KARA, is now a three-member group, and has announced the “Kara Project,” where fans will be voting and choosing the next members of KARA from the DSP Media trainees. “Kara Project” is scheduled to show its first episode on May 27 on MBC.
