Kim Junsu: "Whenever I Perform On Musicals, I'm Happy"

In Singles magazine, Kim Junsu talked about his 2013 musical "December", his standards in selecting musical projects to take part in, and how he takes care of his voices.

On the upcoming June 2014 edition of Singles Magazine, singer-actor Kim Junsu starred in a photo shoot that highlighted his strong features and charisma as donned various fashion pieces. The photo shoot, held in Macau, saw a stylish and charismatic Kim Junsu.

In the accompanying interview, Kim Junsu talked about his 2013 musical "December", his standards in selecting musical projects to take part in, and how he takes care of his voices.

Junsu stated, "The musical theatre industry gave me another shot at coming out to the world. It's a field that gives fair treatment. Whenever I come out during the curtain call, I'm happy."

On his 2013 musical "December", Junsu said, "I learned a lot from 'December'. I came to appreciate musicals more after I finished ['December']."

In his latest solo album, Junsu was able to showcase his versatility in acting, showing off some hip dances that wowed his fans. He said, "Although I have been doing hip thrusts and dances little by little from way before, I was a bit embarrassed (then). But since the release of my solo album, I've done more hip dances so I didn't become embarrassed anymore," and the crew members onset laughed at his remarks.

In the meantime, Kim Junsu successfully staged his solo concert in Tokyo last May 13-15, during which he performed for 33,000 fans. He will be embarking on the Osaka leg of his "2014 XIA THE BEST BALLAD SPRING TOUR CONCERT IN JAPAN" on May 22 to May 24. The event will be held at the Osaka-jo Hall.

Furthermore, JYJ's Kim Jaejoong has revealed that prior to his military enlistment sometime this year, he will be regrouping with JYJ to make a comeback and release an album. With this fans can expect new music from Junsu and the rest of JYJ.
