Hyomin Shares Her Thoughts On Turning 25

Hyomin shares her thoughts on her birthday in recent interview. T-ara member Hyomin recently celebrated her 25th birthday on May 30. As part of her celebration, Hyomin accommodated an interview with Kyungjae Today where she shared her thoughts on her turning another year older.

T-ara member Hyomin recently celebrated her 25th birthday on May 30. As part of her celebration, Hyomin accommodated an interview with Kyungjae Today where she shared her thoughts on her turning another year older.
She said, "In the past, I was very excited and liked it, but now I think about my age once again, so I feel more and more weight on my shoulders.  I feel more burdened with more responsibility, so I'm not very happy, but I think I'm still as excited as always."

Hyomin also dropped a big hint on her future wedding plans. The singer said that she's most looking forward to her 34 birthday since that is her ideal age for marriage. 

As to the greetings and questions she most dreads to hear during her birthday, Hyomin picked, "How older are you again?" while she couldn't select a particular word she'd have a deep desire to her on her big day.

Hyomin also shared an interesting story from when her mother was still carrying baby Hyomin in her womb. Hyomin shared that her mother once dreamed that she was holding a basket filled with snakes from which one big serpent ascended to the heavens. As to what that dream could have meant, we're not entirely sure.

The singer also shared the most memorable birthday ever. She shared, "When I was young, I invited all of my neighborhood friends to my house where we did trivial things like eat yummy food and had a party.  I think that was the most fun."

While she may have already received hundreds of gifts from friends, family, and fans, Hyomin said that there's one particular gift she would want to have the most-and that is a vacation. She said she really wants to have a break for her birthday so that she could go on vacation. As a young kid, Hyomin's most wished-for present is to have a younger sibling, but that never happened.

When asked which person she wants to hear greeting her "Happy birthday!" she chose Lee Hyori, explaining, "Maybe it's because I researched and monitored her the most while preparing for my solo album, but only her face keeps coming to my mind."
