Taeyang Shares that He Just Recently Got Out of a Relationship

On the June 24th taping for KBS 2TV’s “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook”, BIGBANG’s Taeyang has been featured as a guest and shared a story about dating and breaking up.

The last time Taeyang guested on the show, he had mentioned that he wanted to love, create an album, and go on vacation. Having in recall, MC Yoo Hee Yeol then asked him during the recent filming, “Have you been in love since the last time?” to which Taeyang replied that he had indeed been in love, surprising everyone with this honest answer.

However, Taeyang added, “Now, we’re broken up.” He stated that the longing he felt for his past girlfriend, caused by the break up, which what made him create the lyrics for his solo title song, “Eyes, Nose, Lips.”

The singer also opened up to his ideal type, based on various body parts such as the eyes, nose, and lips, which refers to the title of his song. He chose “clear, bright eyes,” “low yet sharp nose,” “plump lips,” as well as a “curvy, toned body.”
