UEE Sustains Head and Shoulder Injury on "Laws of the Jungle"

On the July 18 broadcast of SBS’ “Laws of the Jungle Indian Ocean”, it was revealed that UEE sustained injuries, particularly wounds on her head and a shoulder injury.

On the July 18 broadcast of SBS’ “Laws of the Jungle Indian Ocean”, it was revealed that UEE sustained injuries, particularly wounds on her head and a shoulder injury.

Kim Byung Man narrated that he wanted to film the picturesque view of the sea. One by one, the other cast members came over the enjoy the view as well. However, he did not expect that the waves would hit them.

At one point, a huge wave crashed on the rocks, hitting the entire cast, leaving all but one standing. Shocked, the cast were surprised to find UEE lying unconscious so they had to stop filming at that point.

UEE was later seen sitting on a chair with a doctor checking the wound on her head. UEE was also found out to have sustained a shoulder injury, but the doctor assured that it would be okay, but the wounds on her head would need stitching.

In an interview with the production crew, UEE said, "I do not remember what happened exactly... I felt my body scoop up in the water... The moment I hit the rock, things went blank, but I did feel relief when I could hear the others." The After School member also cried and apologized for having caused worry for the others.

Park Hee Soo shared that he feels guilty because he was standing right next to UEE, wondering if he had not been able to grab her. Kim Byung Man was even in tears, saying he was mostly at fault.
