It's officially! Rumors about SM Entertainment preparing a new 4-member girl group has turned to reality! Recently, the renowned entertainment agency released a music video introducing girl group Red Velvet consisting of four members reportedly hailing from SM Entertainment's SM Rookies roster.
As previously reported, Red Velvet is comprised of Seulgi, Irene, Wendy, and Joy - three of which, except for Joy, have been introduced as part of SM Entertainment's pre-debut line up SM Rookies.
SM Entertainment made a huge buzz when they released Red Velvet's music video teaser for their debut track "Happiness". The music video shows a tropical-themed concept, showing vibrant and colorful images of a tropical forest and the girls of Red Velvet wearing cheerleader-inspired outfits.
The song itself is very upbeat and perfectly fits the fun summer vibe. The individual teaser photos of the members also reflect the fun concept of "Happiness", with each member showing off their unique charms while posing amidst a very tropical backdrop.
