Reports have stated that BIGBANG member G-Dragon ran in a minor car accident on August 2.
On August 3, a YG Entertainment representative spoke to Newsen, “G-Dragon got into a car accident on the central inland highway on August 2 around 6:30 PM (KST). It was a chain collision of seven vehicles.”
The representative also clarified, “At the time of the accident, the van was carrying G-Dragon, his manager, and other company employees. G-Dragon was not injured, so he transferred to another vehicle after the accident and arrived at Busan. He completed the scheduled performance in Busan and safely returned to Seoul.”
It seems that G-Dragon’s van has been the sixth vehicle to ran into the chain collision, and fortunately, no one in the van got hurt.
Initially, reports have said that fellow BIGBANG member Taeyang was also in the car with G-Dragon at the scene of the accident. But, it seems that reports have been later clarified, saying that Taeyang was not with G-Dragon, who was headed to Busan.
