Actor Jung Kyung Ho has revealed that he plans to propose to girlfriend, Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung, when he receives a ‘Best Actor Award.’

On the August 3 episode of MBC’s “Section TV,” Jung Kyung Ho and actress Jo Yoon Hee, appeared as guests who took part in the interview, as they were both chosen as goodwill ambassadors of animal rights and protection for the second annual “Animal Film Festival in Suncheon.”

In the interview, the reporter told Jung Kyung Ho, “I heard that the puppy you’re raising, Ho Young, was named by taking a part of the names Jung Kyung ‘Ho’ and Soo’young.’” In reply, the actor then stated, “That’s one of the reasons.”

Previously, Jung Kyung Ho made a statement on a television show discussing his future proposal plans, stating that he would like to propose to his girlfriend while his acceptance speech when he receives a ‘Best Actor Award.’

On “Section TV,” the reporter again brought up the previous revelation, asking if thatstatement still holds true, as Jung Kyung Ho then answered that comment before news of his relationship with Sooyoung went public. The actor shyly replied, “Yes.”
