“Superstar K2” contestant and artist Park Bo Ram has revealed how she lost 32 kilograms or 70 pounds while she was gearing up for her debut.
Though most idols hesitate to share their complete diet plan with the public, Park Bo Ram had posted a picture of her diet and workout routine on her SNS. From the meals to the workout breaks, the diet plan have revealed that her weight loss has been the outcome of hard work.
As she follows the personalized schedule for around two years, the idol has been able to lose a great amount of weight. When she was asked about her thoughts on her strict diet, Park Bo Ram stated, “It was difficult at first, but after getting used to it, I realized that regular workouts and eating moderately are the gateways to healthy weight loss. Everyone is aware of the know-how. Working out and diet are everything.”
Here is her diet routine:
8:00 – 1 tomato, 1 sweet potato (120-150g), 1 chicken breast (100g, both roasting and boiling are fine), salad (cabbage, cucumber, etc. without dressing)
10:00 – workout
12:00 – chicken breast salad, diet drink (with nutrients such as dietary fiber and vitamins)
15:00 – 1 banana, 3 egg whites, 1 egg yolk
18:00 – 1 sweet potato, 1 chicken breast, vegetables
21:00 – 1 banana, 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 3 walnuts
In line with the news, the singer made her official debut on August 7 with “Beautiful.”
