SECRET's Secret To Slimmer Figures Revealed

On KBS' radio program "Lee So Ra's Music Plaza", SECRET revealed their routine to maintaining their slim figures.

On the August 15 broadcast of KBS' radio program "Lee So Ra's Music Plaza", SECRET revealed their routine to maintaining their slim figures.

DJ Lee So Ra said, "Seeing as how SECRET is a girl group, I feel like you would pay special attention to your figure. How do you maintain your figure?"

Sunhwa replied, "When I don't have a schedule, I do aerobic exercises for about an hour and a half on an empty stomach no matter what."

Lee Soo Ra the commented, "You're so skinny and have no weight to lose; why do you exercise so diligently?"

Sunhwa answered, "If I don't do, I don't think I'd be able to eat all day. That's why when I have the time, I always try to exercise."

As for Hyosung, she reveals she only exercises when necessary, "I exercise like that only if I've gained weight. I only worry about it and exercise then."

Hana also shared, "I eat what I want as much as I can for one meal and then do not eat any more meals," and Ji Eun revealed, "When I diet, I decrease the number of meals. I'd either skip breakfast and eat a bit for lunch and dinner or skip breakfast and lunch and eat only dinner."

On the show, the girls also revealed their ideal types.

As for Sunhwa, she made the interesting choice of picking "God's Gift - 14 Days" co-star Jo Seung Woo. "For me, it's my drama co-star Jo Seung Woo.  It wasn't like this when Jo Seung Woo was filming the drama, but after the drama, I kept thinking of him.  Not too long ago, Jo Seung Woo got in touch with me and said, 'I saw that you released an album.  I hope it does well.  When you have time, let's grab a meal together,'" she said.
