KBS Deemed Unfit for Broadcast on Songs by BTS and Hwayobi

KBS has again decided not to broadcast songs by the boy group BTS and by singer Hwayobi KBS again bans songs from their broadcast. These songs are from male idol group, BTS and also from singer, Hwayobi.

KBS again bans songs from their broadcast. These songs are from male idol group, BTS and also from singer, Hwayobi.

The single of the singer, Hwayobi titled “Beauty Up Close (feat. Wutan)” has been banned because of the saying the term, “like a blind person,” making it an implication for the people who are disapble including the visually imapired people.

BTS’ new album “Dark&Wild”, which contains four songs have all been banned by KBS. The songs on the album like “Second Grade” showed offensive lyrics, while in the lyrics of “Look Here”, it contains brands like Lamborghini. Meanwhile, the track, “Turn Off Your Phone” has been unfit as it contained the word "lotto" which may mean a brand name. Lastly, the track “BTS Cypher PT.3 : KILLER (Feat. Supreme Boi)” has been unfit due to the foul words aand the brand name mentioning.
