Kim Hyun Joong will Not Undergo Second Questioning While on Chuseok Holiday

Kim Hyun Joong will not be called for questioning until after Chuseok due to complaints of assault by his alleged girlfriend

Kim Hyun Joong, who had been recently in a controversy regarding him physically abusing his alleged girlfriend, will not be called for secondary questioning anytime soon until after the Chuseok (Thanksgiving) holiday.

An official from the Songpa Police Department told Star News, “It is realistically difficult to have the secondary questioning before Chuseok. If the two parties compromise before that then the need for questioning disappears. However, if the conflict continues, then his questioning will be unavoidable since we would need his statement to find the truth in our investigation.” The representative continued, “We are also considering the possibility of a cross-examination, as well, if it becomes necessary.”

The actor and singer has been complained by his girlfriend for assaulting her which resulted her to be confine in the hospital for broken ribs. The woman had filed evidences of medical certificate resulting into Kim Hyun Joong summoning for questioning recently.

The police officer who interrogated Kim Hyun Joong revealed that the actor had only confirmed one incident of the the four times he had been said to hurt his girlfriend.

As for now, everyone will have to wait and see where this incident will lead. Will it be a mutual agreement of comromising or will it lead to further damages against Kim Hyun Joong?
