SM Entertainment Issues a Statement on EXO's Tao Controversy

It was just earlier when a Chinese media outlet posted a video of EXO's Tao with some friends as he said goodbye to them. He was then caught on camera hugging and kissing a woman, which was reported to be close to him.

Due to this, SM Entertainment, the agency that handles EXO and Tao has issued a statement on October 14.

The agency stated, "We plan to actively look into legal action regarding the distorted reports on the video of Tao saying goodbye to his friends, as well as those who indiscriminately distributed the information. Moreover, we will take aggressive action for any further rumours based on false or distorted information."

The video has caused quite rumours that Tao has been secretly dating. The video also showed Super Junior's Leeteuk was along with Tao that night, making it more positive that it was Tao in the video.
