Investigations in Ladies' Code's vehicular accident have been thorough as the group's manager, Manager Park, who was behind the wheel the van at the time of the accident has been arrested for speeding.
It was reported by TV Daily that at the time of the accident, the Mr. Park has been driving at 135.7 km/h or 84.3 mph, making the vehicle go out of control, bumping into a barrier. The speed is over 35.7 km/h or 22.2 mph over the assigned speed limit, which was 100 km/h or 62.1 mph.
Mr. Park's testimony to the police stated that the back wheel had fell, causing the vehicle to turn-turtle and hitting the barrier. However, National Forensic Service investigated the accident, it was reported that the back wheel fell off because of the impact of the vehicle hitting the barrier, and it was revealed there was no initial car defect.
The accident took the lives of two out of five members of Ladies' Code, RiSe and Eun B. Meanwhile, the remaining members, Ashley, Zuny and Sojung have resumed their vocal lessons for their coping in the traumatic accident.
Polaris Entertainment TV Report on November 12, "After the accident, they received treatment at the hospital, then, in order to regain stability, they went to their individual homes to stay within the embrace of their family. However, there was the opinion that staying at their homes for too long may actually cause them to feel uneasy mentally, so the three members have all returned to their dorm."
It was reported that after the accident, the members had to rest, being that Ashley had gone to New York, Sojung went to Wonju in Gangwon-do, and Zuny went Gwangju. They have now went back to their dorm as they accompany each other in sympathy with the passing of their two members, EunB and RiSe.They are also receiving vocal lessons again to cope up with the loss. The agency stated that there are no plans of making a comeback yet.
