JYJ's Junsu answers the controversy written in Jeju Citizen Daily which states, his failure to pay construction fees to companies "A" and "B" for his high-end hotel in Jeju Island.

A representative of Toscana Hotel, wherein Junsu is the CEO. The statement goes, "Evidence is trickling out suggesting that the two construction firms ["A" and "B"] embezzled and inflated construction costs by at least double their actual amount. In response, we will be taking firm legal measures in the form of a lawsuit."

With regards to the order filed to Jeju District Court to pay 5 billion KRW, and the seizure of the land, "This is just a malicious attempt to tarnish the reputation of a Hallyu star because there is no truth to the claim that any money was borrowed by Junsu."

The hotel also confirmed that they have written promissory notes to these companies, but because it was requested by the companies that said it was for their financial documentation.

About the promissory note written, like the hotel stated "I acknowledge that the promissory note is for the use of the bank or company's financial documentation and is not an actual amount to be reimbursed," ending with the signature of the company.
