SM Entertainment and former EXO member, Luhan has entered mediation on December 16 to agree on the terms of the filed lawsuit of termination of contract by Luhan.
It was last October when Luhan filed for the termination of his contract, which was referred to arbitration. The CEO of SM Entertainment, Kim Young Min and Luhan were present, however the lawyers of both sides have met for the first time.
With only 30 minutes of being in mediation, there has been no agreement yet. Though that is the case, there will be a second schedule of mediation however no date has been confirmed yet.
Luhan, who is now starting his career in China, has filed a lawsuit against former agency SM Entertainment due to allegedly being unfair to the Chinese members of EXO over its Korean members. This has been also the case of former member Kris, who is also into mediation however there has nothing been agreed on after the second arbitration made. Will this be the case of Luhan? Stay tuned.
