KARA's Seungyeon Shares Her Thoughts on Acting and Her Celebrity Friends

KARA member Seungyeon looked dainty and adorable in her latest photo shoot with BNT international in which she wore an ensemble of pink shades.

In her interview with bnt International, Seungyeon shared her thoughts about her sunbae, Park Jung Min of SS501. "He's like an older sibling. We are able to communicate well, and he gives me a lot of advice, too!"

Seungyeon also revealed that she's close friends with After School's UEE, "We both keep in touch, [and we communicate] especially when one of us is hurt by negative comments written about us online. In those times, we make it a point to ask each other if she's okay."

In 2013, Seungyeon landed her first acting gig in the drama series "Jang Ok Kung, Living in Love". On this, Seungyeon commented, "Honestly, there were hardly any scenes in which Yoo Ah In and I would meet each other, although I had a lot of scenes with Kim Tae Hee and Hong Soo Hyun. Both of them helped me a lot."

The KARA member also expressed that she would like to get more into acting by thinking about what types of characters she would like to portray next. "I want to play an easygoing lead character [like Moon Chae Won's character in 'Today's Love']. Moon Chae Won's character had to ruin her character as necessitated. But when it comes to love, she was honest, and I find that character appealing. It was fun watching her torture the male lead. If I get the opportunity to star in another historical drama, I will have the confidence to perform well in it," Seungyeon shared.
