Miss A's Min Reveals She Nearly Gave Up on Being An Idol

Miss A's Min delved on various personal topics during her appearance on the April 7 broadcast of the "4 Things Show".

On the show, Min talked about dieting which is a common routine for a celebrities. A viewer asked, "Doesn't Min get stressed out by her looks or her diet?" Min answered in the affirmative, "I do get stressed out. I eat a lot, and I easily gain weight as well. I stress out a lot over dieting so I have to work hard every day just to lose weight."

Min's efforts to shed off the extra pounds has paid off since she looks sexier for miss A's comeback with "Only You"!

Also on the show, Min revealed that she nearly wanted to give up when she was still a trainee. Yikes!

The miss A member reflected on her journey as a trainee under JYP Entertainment and shared, "I was having difficulties as a trainee. After watching people debut in Korea, I was down in the dumps so I told J.Y Park that I couldn't do it anymore. He told me to see him if ever I changed my mind later on. I returned to Korea, and my dad and grandma were disappointed [that I had given up] and told me to get out of the house!" Min narrated the time she gave up on training.

But after getting a reality check, Min persevered even more to hone her craft. "I took dance courses every day and auditioned here and there. It was too much for me. That's when I realized that I should be thankful for the time I spent in the dormitories in America [where I trained]. After that, I returned to see J.Y Park again," Min shared.

It's a good thing Min didn't give up on her dream, otherwise miss A wouldn't have their spunky and fierce member!
