INFINITE's Sungjong Volunteers To Help Rehabilitate Places Affected By Crimes of Arson

The singer worked together with the Human Rights Bureau of the Ministry of Justice by volunteering to clean up areas damaged by arson and other crimes.

INFINITE’s Sungjong earned praises and adoration for many for his recent kind deed. The singer worked together with the Human Rights Bureau of the Ministry of Justice by volunteering to clean up areas damaged by arson and other crimes. The aim of the project is to rehabilitate places where various crimes were committed such as murder, arson, and robbery.

In the released photographs, Sungjong was assigned to help clean up a place destroyed by arson.

Sungjong will be working together with the Ministry of Justice to promote “Hatsal”, a support center for victims in Busan, as well as the Human Rights Support Division of the Ministry of Justice’s Human Rights Bureau.

According to the person in charge of the volunteers INFINITE’s Sungjong showed dedication to his tasks by appearing early and helping out thoroughly. “Sungjong arrived at the site early and appeared very modestly unlike other celebrities who appear [in flashy outfits] while cleaning up the site with other volunteers. Also, instead of just coming in to take a couple of pictures and then leave like other celebrities do, Sungjong really did help out regardless of the conditions. He cleaned up the site that was affected by an illegal act. Because of that, I want to express my deep gratitude to him,” the person in charge said.

To show his dedication and passion in serving, Sungjong promised to help spread awareness about the project by continuing to volunteer.

An idol and a role model all in one package! Sungjong will definitely inspire others to help out as well.
