Reporter Says Oh Seung Hwan Is Able to Express Himself Better With Yuri

In the latest episode of “Entertainment Weekly”, a reporter from Dispatch relayed new details on Girls’ Generation Yuri’s relationship with baseball star Oh Seung Hwan.

In the latest episode of “Entertainment Weekly”, a reporter from Dispatch relayed new details on Girls’ Generation Yuri’s relationship with baseball star Oh Seung Hwan.

The reporter revealed some of the dating habits of the new celebrity couple and what they are like when they’re together. “When [Yuri and Oh Seung Hwan] went out, they were always with Oh Seung Hwan’s friends. They didn’t spend a lot of time alone, but were rather always in the company of a group of friends as they were getting to know each other better.”

Moreover, the reporter revealed that Oh Seung Hwan is different when his with Yuri than when he’s with his friends. “Oh Seung Hwan is not known for being good at expressing his emotions, but whenever he’s with Yuri he becomes very talkative and it’s easy for him to laugh a lot,” the reporter divulged. It was also said that Yuri and Oh Seung Hwan are very simple when it comes to dates. “They just go to good restaurants, sing karaoke, and watch movies. Some people even say they were spotted going on dates in amusement parks and other locations outdoors. Their dates are nothing like those of usual couples,” the reporter added.

Oh Seung Hwan and Yuri was confirmed dating on April 22 when a news report revealed that Yuri stayed behind in Japan to show her support to Oh Seung Hwan, who was then preparing to make his first appearance in Japan's professional baseball league as a player for Hanshin Tigers. Dispatch then released photos of the couple on date, proving that they are indeed more than just friends. SM Entertainment also gave a confirmation on the couple's status.
