J.Y. Park Says It's Hard to Refuse Suzy's Suggestions

On the May 5 broadcast of SBS FM's "Cultwo Show", JYP Entertainment's J.Y. Park talked his clubbing habit in New York and how he values Suzy's output and suggestions.

A listener of the show asked about a rumor that J.Y. Park is often seen hanging out at a club in New York. When ask if there's any truth to this, J.Y. Park admitted to going to the club at least twice a month. "I go to the club when I can for at least twice a month. I like to drink and listen to music there. I think about how I will hear music at the club later and I'll visualize a choreography," J.Y. Park shared. At least while he's at the club he's still being productive.

In a previous interview, J.Y. Park revealed that it was Miss A's Suzy who suggested to feature "Unpretty Rapstar"'s Jessi in "Who's Your Mama". J.Y. Park explained, "Initially, I was supposed to do 'Who's Your Mama' by myself, but then Suzy listened to the song and suggested, 'It would be great if you collaborated with Jessi.'"

On this the DJs commented that it seems that it's difficult to decline Suzy's suggestion, and ask if J.Y. Park always listens to whatever Suzy says. Very bluntly, J.Y. Park said, "Looking at the company's current situation, it's very risky to reject Suzy's suggestions. I'm even concerned about anything that might put Suzy in a bad mood... considering that nowadays artists have the tendency to leave their agencies and such," perhaps referring to how some idols are leaving their original agencies and groups.

Listening to Suzy's words is a win for J.Y. Park seeing that "Who's Your Mama?" did so well on the charts and even racked up high viewer count on YouTube.
