ZE:A member Hyungsik is currently in the line of fire from various media outlets for his allegedly bad behavior during interviews.
Following the conclusion of the drama series "High Society", Hyungsik was quite a hot item for interview with different media outlets. However, many of the reporters were disappointed with his short, thoughtless answers to questions. More specifically, The Fact and Financial News wrote articles slamming the singer-actor for his rude behavior and seeming disinterest during interviews.
The articles pointed out that Hyungsik appeared very tired during interviews. While that is completely understandable, what didn't sit well with media outlets is the fact that Hyungsik didn't put any effort during the interviews.
The Fact particular said that because of Hyungsik's lack of interest they had no choice but to cut the interview short to 25, while The Financial News' interview with the singer-actor only lasted for 15 minutes. What irked the reporter is the fact that they worked very hard to prepare questions for the interviews and receiving bland answers for it is rather insulting.
At one point in the interviews, Hyungsik was asked to share his thoughts about the finale of "High Society" and the star surprisingly answered, "I want to go to the bathroom."
Even the staff of Star Empire noticed Hyungsik's aloofness, and apologized to the reporters after the interviews, saying, "Hyungsik has been having a lot of concerns lately. He's having a difficult time because of his packed schedule."
As a final note, the reporters contended that everyone in the business can get tired-celebrities, their staff, and reporters get tired-but that's not a good excuse to just behave in the manner Hyungsik did during the interviews.
