Rain and former Super Junior member Hangeng are both big winners at the 2013 Harper's Bazaar Men Style Awards

Rain was recently awarded as Asia All-Around Entertainer at the 2013 Bazaar Men’s Style Awards, which was held on November 2 in Beijing China.

The People of the Year Awards is an annual ceremony celebrating notable personalities in different fields.

The entertainer award was a special award given as part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Celebration Party. For his acceptance speech, Rain said, "Thank you for inviting me. It's my honor. I'm so happy to be here. I love Beijing. I love China.”

During the 2013 Bazaar Men’s Style Awards, Rain also performed his hit songs “Hip Song” and “I Do”.

Aside from that, Rain also received the People of the Year Award together with former Super Junior member Hangeng.

Hangeng, who’s now making a big name for himself in China after his disbandment from Super Junior, was given the Absolute Star Attraction award. The singer-actor was unable to attend the ceremonial proper as he was hurrying to catch a flight. Thus Harper’s Bazaar’s Executive Publisher Su Mang handed Hangeng the award during his appearance on the red carpet.

“Tonight, I’m very for having to leave the Harper’s Bazaar Men Awards ceremony this early as I need to catch a flight. This [award] gives me more encouragement and confidence. I wish the Bazaar Men 2013 People of the Year awards ceremony success,” Hangeng posted on his Weibo account to explain his absence and give his thanks.

The 29-year-old Super Junior ex-member has joined the cast of the fourth instalment of the explosively successful franchise Transformers.
Director Michael Bay is currently in China to shoot some scenes for “Transformers: Age of Extinction”.

On November 2, Rain attended the 2013 Bazaar Men’s Style Awards during the China Fashion Week along with many other dazzling celebrities. The awards show was broadcast live on TV in various locations as well.

Rain was picked as the best entertainer out of the entire Asian continent, which raised expectations for his future activities as well.
As soon as Rain stepped on the red carpet, cameras were busy snapping photos of the star. Rain was said to have expressed his gratitude in both Chinese and English with a bright smile.

Rain also performed for the awards ceremony as well. He performed “Hip Song” and “I Do,” drawing loud cheers from the crowd with his powerful vocals and dance skills.
