Suzy Reveals Her Beauty and Fitness Tips in a Recent Interview

When Suzy appeared on SBS' "One Night of TV Entertainment", she talked about that one thing female fans are dying to hear from her: her beauty and fitness secrets!

I think you and I would both agree that miss A's Suzy has one of the most immaculately clear, soft, and radiant skin in the industry. And finally Suzy let us in on her beauty secret when she appeared on the November 6 broadcast of SBS' "One Night of TV Entertainment". Apart from sharing beauty tips, the singer-actress also shared which part of her face she likes best.

To keep her face as pristine and clear, she follows a very religious regiment. "I wash my face for a long time. I wash for ten minutes or more." Suzy also showed viewers how she massages her face to keep in in ship-shape condition.

Having pimples is normal and Suzy gets them, too. To combat this most dreaded facial problem, Suzy said, "I wash pimples for twenty minutes. Really! It's [about] focused targeting. While doing it, you say, 'Go away, go away.'" Looks like the skin acts like plants or even the rain! Talk to it, and it'll probably do as you say. Suzy can't guarantee an effect, but it's worth a shot.

We've all wondered how celebrities maintain their fabulous figures. And while most may say a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables plus regular exercise will do the trick, Suzy shared her own method. During the show, she demonstrated her "penguin" work where she was moving her arms up and down like a walking penguin. The routine may look easy, but Suzy said that if you keep up with for a little longer, it'll get more physical. The "penguin" exercise will surely help you tone up your arms!
