TEEN TOP Grabs the Number 1 Spot On Music Bank

The six member group, grabbed the number 1 spot on Music Bank's September 6 episode defeating EXO's "Growl."

After their Europe Tour, making the comeback with a new mini album, Teen Top, has made it rocking all the way to the number 1 spot in KBS 2TV's music chart, Music Bank with the song, "Rocking" last September 6. The boys made a comeback stage for the same show last August 30 and surprisingly took the number 1 spot a week after which battled their fellow nominee, EXO for the song "Growl."

The group grew its popularity because of the Hanteo charts which ranked them also in the top position with the song, "No Kidding."

Teen Top thanked their fans, the Angels, for their successful first win after the show, telling their appreciation through their Twitter account.

They are also in the Billboard Kpop Top 100 and is in 10^th place from being last week's 28^th, while in the Gaon Chart, Teen Top is placed in 7^th place for the Gaon Digital Chart and 2^nd for the Gaon Album chart and on Mnet's MCountdown ranking 3^rd place.

On the other hand, the boys were also nominated on MBC's Music Core for the September 7 episode, but unfortunately did not win.

This is Teen Top's first award in music charts and obviously, they are on the rise in other charts. Will they also make a nomination for SBS' Inkigayo tomorrow?
