IU After Her Drama, Scheduled To Make A Comeback This October

IU has been too busy with her recent KBS drama. She is scheduled to make her Korean come back. Singer Lee Ji-eun, famously known as IU, has been praised for her acting in her recent drama, "You Are The Best Lee Soon Shin.

Singer Lee Ji-eun, famously known as IU, has been praised for her acting in her recent drama, "You Are The Best Lee Soon Shin." The 20-year old singer and actress has been quite absent in the Korean music industry for a while. It was last 2011 when IU released "Real," her popular Korean mini album because of working with well-known musicians and producers, and 2012 when she concentrated more activities in Japan. She released another Korean mini album, "Spring of A Twenty Year Old," last May of the 2012.

Though busy with the weekend soap, IU still manages to be seen somehow in the K-pop world as a host for SBS' Inkigayo. But last July 28, she announced that she leave the show after being an MC for 107 episodes.

IU was set to come back the Korean limelight this September; unfortunately, did not push through because she had to film last scenes for the recent KBS drama, making her too busy to finish the album. Although, according to a representative of LOEN Entertainment, which is IU's agency, she will be releasing her album definitely this October. The representative also mentioned it might be between the 2^nd to the 7^th, knowing IU's album is in the last half of the phase.

IU is also set to be a part of MBC's Korean Music Wave 2013 in Singapore together with other K-pop idols scheduled to be this November.
