Three of the idol groups, EXO , M.pire and Crayon Pop won awards in the first ever Hawaii International Music Award Festival (HIMAF) this year.
The HIMAF is an awards ceremony held for the global audience and is grace with the Hawaiian community, government officials and tourists.
EXO received the grand prize of Artist of the Year, again proving once more their global popularity and their Korean wave influence. EXO's first official album "XOXO" sold over 960,000 copies and increasing.
The new group M.pire and Crayon Pop has also won awards for Rising Star of the Year. M.pire got the public interested with charismatic vocals and choreography through songs like "Can't Be Friends With You" and "I'm Better," indicating their strong manifestation as this year's rookies.
Meanwhile, Crayon Pop also made jumps and hurdles in the K-Pop scene with "Bar Bar Bar" and their newest holiday single, "Lonely Christmas" for the addicting melodies and dance moves.
