JYP Entertainment rookie group GOT7 is headlining multiple shows and reviews due to their solid debut with the title track "Girls Girls Girls". However, member Jr. unfortunately got infected with the swine flu and is required to sit out of the group's activities.
A representative from JYP Entertainment told news outlets, "Jr. contracted the swin flue... We initially thought it was just a light cold, but after [getting his check-up] at the hospital on January 27, he was diagnosed with the swine flu. We're not sure how he even got it, but his symptoms are not severe. As of now, he's resting at the dorm and receiving treatment as prescribed by the doctor. In the meantime, we will monitor his condition and adjust his schedule."
Due to his situation, Jr. will not be joining GOT7 when they present on MTV's "The Show". The rep explained, "With his condition, GOT7 will [temporarily] continue with activities as a 6-member group."
We pray for your speedy recovery, Jr.
