2NE1 made a promise to comeback with a good quality music video, and as stated in the report, that their budget for the video is said to be 500 million KRW ($470,000 ).

As reported by news outlet Osen, the girls will be living up to the name of their world tour, 'ALL OR NOTHING', by trying with a rookie director and staff. They will not be going with a director with a lot of music video experience but instead someone new to the directing world of music video as they reach to put in something new and never seen before with their new release, which have representatives stated on set. It has also been mentioned that 500 million KRW ($469,000 USD) has been invested into the music video for the group's upgraded return.

YG CEO Yang Hyun Suk recently stated, "The music video (MV) of 2NE1's latest title song, which is an MV with the largest budget for the group, requires high level of computer graphic work.

The preview video will be released on February 28.
