Girl's Day Follow To The Trend Of Being Solo?

The management of Girl's Day announced that a member will go solo. Dream Tea Entertainment's Girl's Day announced that one member will be going solo this November.

Dream Tea Entertainment's Girl's Day announced that one member will be going solo this November. The representatives of the girl group told Star News that they already have made plans of the solo project and finalizing the relevant details. They also added that the solo activities will be a way for Girl's Day to return the love they have received from fans continuously from March through July this year for their songs and one of the members have been working hard for her debut.

They also added that once the member has completed her solo activities, she will be returning the group.

Girl's Day started on July 7, 2010 when they released their music video, "Tilt My Head."  There had been a lot of revisions in the group ever since they debut, withdrawal of members Ji Sun and Ji In, who were replaced by Yura and Hyeri and again by Ji Hae leaving the group in 2012, which made them into a 4-member girl group.

This year their songs, "Female President", "Expectation" and "Please Tell Me" have been constantly in the music charts, Gaon Charts and Billboard K-pop Hot 100

Presently, Girl's Day member Minah is an MC for SBS's "Inkigayo" while Yura is starring in the MBC sitcom "Haphazard Family Season 3."
