The obvious trend in the K-pop hemisphere today is female acts coming out with sexy concepts which not only surprises everyone, but also causes a crisis especially for the Korean Communication Standards Commission.
Female group BESTie is also set to make their comeback some time soon. But instead of brewing another controversy, the girls decided to follow a different route and opt for a sweet image for their comeback. However, fans are now worrying if BESTie can compete with other K-pop groups whose promotional schedule overlaps with theirs.
The group has announced that they will stage their comeback this February 28, around the same time 2NE1, and possibly Girls Generation, will make their comeback as well. YNB Entertainment Company said, the girls will showcase a colourful and cheerful image that will make them unique to other idol groups.
Their upcoming single was produced by Double Kick Project, the same musical genius responsible for Girl's Day's "Something". With Double Kick Project's high success-rating based on the tracks they've produced, there's now an increasing expectation for BESTie's track, "Thank You Very Much".
