AOA's Seolhyun Auditioned For The Role of Lee Min Ho's "Sister" in "Gangnam Blues"

AOA member Seolhyun reportedly audition for the role of Lee Min Ho's figurative younger sister in "Gangnam Blues".

It looks like another idol group member is making her way towards her big movie debut.

According to a report by enews24, AOA member Seolhyun has audition for the upcoming film "Gangnam Blues", which also stars top actor Lee Min Ho, and is now waiting to see her results.

A film industry insider revealed the news on February 25, saying that Seolhyun was just one of the many other idol group members and young actors that came to audition for the movie. If accepted, Seolhyu would take on the role of Sun Hye, an orphan whom the male lead character, Jong Dae, treats like his little sister. Sun Hye is like family to Jong Dae, who struggles 'til the very end to protect her from harm.

"The Heirs" star and in-demand actor-endorser Lee Min Ho has already been cast to play Jong Dae, the movie's tragic hero.

"Gangnam Blues" is a noir film set in the 1970's, at the time when real estate and development began its boom in Gangnam.  The story will focus on the conflict between the government and other organizations that wish to gain control and influence over the area.

The movie will be directed by Yoo Ha and will be out in theatres in the later part of the year. The filming will begin soon after the final round of casting concludes.
