Girl group 2NE1 takes over various music charts locally and overseas following the release of their second full-length album, "Crush".
The group garnered the all-skill status with their first title track, "Come Back Home". Apart from slaying music charts in Korea, the song ranked number 1 on iTunes Top Sings Charts in the Philippines.
"Crush" also debuted in first place on the Top Albums Chart in Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand, and it is making its way to the top in another Asian Countries.
The album also did well in the West, debuting at number 10 on the US Album Chart and number 2 on the Pop Album charts. It also reached number 6 on the Albums Chart in Canada, and number 2 in the Pop Albums chart. In Mexico, "Crush" debuted in number 4, and in number 10 in Brazil's Album Chart.
It's not just 2NE1 who's proud with their achievement. The rest of YG, especially Yang Hyun Suk, is sending in congratulatory messages.
CL shared a screenshot on Instagram showing a message from Yang Hyun Suk, which reads, "Congratulations, girls! You've worked so hard. Now enjoy yourselves on the stage with an eased heart."
