Idol group Boyfriend has become the first K-pop group to stage a performance in Puerto Rico.
Boyfriend recently concluded their show at the Centro de Bellas Artes Luis A Ferre. The fan meeting was simply titled "Boyfriend, Fan Meeting en Puerto Rico" and was attended by 1,700 fans. The first and second floor of the building was filled with adoring fans who sang together with the boys and cheered on the for 2 hours.
Despite being the first K-pop act to enter the country, Boyfriend's show proved to be a huge success with tickets getting sold out within minutes of sale. Upon Boyfriend's arrival in Puerto Rico, around 500 fans crowded at the airport just to get a glimpse of the boys first hand.
The members of Boyfriend are now headed to Chicago and Dallas on March 11 and 13 for the USA leg of their tour.
