Block B announced officially that they will cancel their comeback activities to tie in with new single, “Jackpot”. The statement was released in their official Twitter account on April 29. According to their statement, Block B's promotional activities will be cancelled as Korea continues to grieve for the lost and missing passengers of the Sewol ferry disaster.
Seven Seasons, the group's agency had released the statement, making no other information on when the boys will have their comeback date exactly. The agency stated that BVlock B as of the moment, has the intentions to launch new promotional activities and new material after the forthcoming “2014 Blockbuster” concert. The concert will be the group’s first as a headlining act.
The announcement stated, “We wish to apologize to all Block B fans, and we hope that they will understand the gravity of the situation. We would also like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and those still missing, and we wish them all the best in this difficult time.”
